About Mendoza Ventures
Mendoza Ventures is a VC fund that invests in technology companies where there is an opportunity for modernization, innovation, and disruption. These sectors include financial services, insurance, manufacturing. The firm invests in AI, Cybersecurity, and Fintech. Adrian and Senofer Mendoza started nine years ago after a technology exit and have grown into a nationally recognized institution with three funds and four successful exits. Mendoza Ventures has offices in Boston and San Francisco. The Mendoza team are seasoned entrepreneurs, investors, innovators, and veterans of the tech ecosystem.
A History of Building National Innovation
Senofer Mendoza was recruited for the bipartisan National Advisory Committee of Innovation and Entrepreneurship which grew the Tech Hubs portion of the Chips Act that deployed $700M into 18 tech hubs across the US. As part of her policy making, her recommendations were included in the National Competitiveness and Entrepreneurship Strategy for the United States.In October 2024, Senofer and Adrian Mendoza where invited to the White House to provide feedback on the SBA and Dept of Treasury innovation programs. In June 2025 Senofer testified in the U.S. House of Representatives on changes and improvements to SBA programs to spark innovation.
